General Publishing research guidelines

1- The manuscript must fall within the journal's area of specialization.

2- It must demonstrate originality, novelty, innovation, and a meaningful contribution to the field and to knowledge.

3- It must adhere to the fundamental principles and methodologies of sound academic research.

4- The Manuscript must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

5- The manuscript must not be extracted from a master's thesis or a doctoral dissertation.

 

Second: Specific Publication Guidelines

1- The research paper must be formatted in A4 size and should not exceed 8,000 words, including both Arabic and English abstracts and the list of references.

2- All four margins (top, bottom, right, left) must be 1.5 inches, with single line spacing throughout the document.

3- Two abstracts must be prepared: one in Arabic and the other in English. Each abstract should not exceed 200 words.

4- Following both abstracts, a list of keywords (no more than five words) must be provided.

5- The font type for Arabic papers should be Simplified Arabic, size 10 for Arabic papers, and Times New Roman, Size 8 for English papers. 

6- For tables, the font type should be Simplified Arabic, size 10 for Arabic papers, and Times New Roman, size 8 for English papers.

7- Arabic Numerals ( 1, 2, 3,) must be used consistently throughout the paper.

8- Page numbers must be placed at the center bottom of the page.

9- The title page in both Arabic and English, must include: the research title, name(s) of the author(s), academic rank and specialization, institutional affiliation, country, and correspondence address. This page must be separate from the main paper. The paper should then begin with the title on the first page followed by the full content. 

10- The name(s) of the author(s) must not appear in the body, footnotes, or references of the paper, either explicitly or implicitly. instead use (the author) or( the authors).

11- The authors must adhere to research ethics. All submitted papers will be subject to plagiarism detection and similarity index assessment.

12- The approved citation style for papers in social, educational, and administrative sciences is the APA Style (Latest Edition). Refer to the attached (APA 7th Edition) template.

13- The approved citation style for papers in Islamic and Arabic language studies is as per the attached (discipline specific referring model).

14- Authors must translate or transliterate references of articles published in Arabic-language journals (while retaining them in the Arabic reference list) in accordance with the attached (Romanization Model) .

15- A brief biography for each contributing author (max 100 words) must be provided at the end of the paper,  before the references. It must include: full name, department, college, university, email address, nationality, highest academic degree obtained, and the awarding institution. it should also highlight the author's research activity and academic interests. ORCID ID and/or personal academic webpage should be included if available.

Note: This biography must appear only in the version that includes author details, and must be removes from the anonymized version.

16- Upon acceptance for publication, all publication rights shall be transferred to the journal. The paper may not be published in any other format (printed or electronic) without written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.

17- The views expressed in published papers are solely those of the authors do not necessarily represent the views of the Journal.
