First: Purpose of the Policy

This policy aims to regulate the transition from a free journal to a fee based journal. Ensuring the sustainability of academic publishing, generate financial resources to support the quality of services provided to researchers, and increase the journals capacity for growth and development in alignment with international publishing standards.

Second: Scope of Application

It applies to all research submissions to The North Journal for Humanities whether from within or outside the university starting from the activation date.

Third: Publication Fee

1- Fee amount

The publication fee for researchers from within Northern Border University and from outside the University is SAR 1,500.

2- Payment Method

Payment is to be made through the website after the acceptance of the paper and before submitting the final version for publication or printing.

A payment receipt must be provided to complete the editorial process.

Fourth: Review and Development Mechanism

This policy is subject to annual review by the editorial board of the journal in collaboration with the Center for Translation, Authorship and Publication.

Recommendations for updating the fees or amending the policy shall be submitted to the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research for approval.

Fifth: Transparency and Notification

This policy shall be published on the Journal's official website.

Researchers shall be informed of the updated policy upon submission of their papers.
